Account keeps locking?

This just started happening recently but when I login with my correct username and password the account is locked. I have to reset the password to access the AC software. I checked the security logs for possible hacking but there's nothing unusual.
Any thoughts?

I am not sure that what can be the exact reason, but I think this can happen when your account remains inactive for a long period of time ( there is a long time interval between your last login and the recent login attempt) then your account can automatically get locked.
So, this can happen if your server system dates are incorrect, causing a long time interval....
Or possibly as you have reset your password the last login date is set to some previous date which has passed months ago...
