Time discrepancy on order notes

Can someone else check this out to make sure it's not just me.
I placed a test order.
A minute later I added a note in the admin.
The note shows four hours later than the order.
I add another note. That note shows 4 hours later, but the first note I added is now showing the right time.

There seems to be some problem with time when new comment is added. After adding the comment if you visit some other page and then return to Notes it shows the correct time. Please report this bug to CRM
