License errors

License errors

I just got a license key. I tried to do the update, the page appeared to hang. I shut the site down and restarted it, now it just hangs. I did if this matters, not run the install sequence, I downloaded the latest version changed the connstring in for the database. Now when i try to run it, it just hangs and wont respond. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am not installing this on a server, just doing this for development.

Hello Steve,

How did you update the key? I'm not sure what page is hanging. It would help to know that. When a license key doesn't work, it is most likely a problem with the key responding to a different domain/ip than what was requested. If you can tell me the URL for your installation, I can check the key to make sure it's a match.

You should go through the steps for installation.
