+1 on the Customer Service

Slightly off-topic but I need to give some mad props and a tip 'o the hat to AC's support staff who have been excellent, intelligent and super fast in getting back to me on various ridiculous (self-generated) problems I've encountered.
Things like...
- Me screwing up CAPTCHA rendering
- Buying source code eight months after my initial purchase
- Reissuing a production license key because I figured I didn't need 'www' in the request, whereas my SSL cert does
- Digging up an old build from six months ago so that I could do a diff against what a lousy developer did for me
Thanks gang,
-R.

+1 here.
I'm super new - just bought Able last week, but the staff has been great!
They treated me better then anyone ever has and that was before I was a customer...

Thanks guys! Customer service is a big priority here before and after the sale. Our staff works very hard at this and often times it means handling issues after hours. It's really nice to have it recognized.

Hello,
Thank you for your nice comments. We are working hard to improve our internal processes to match the quality of our software. The AbleCommerce WIKI is coming along nicely, even though slower than we'd like.
Just last week we welcomed a new developer level support representative to our team and you've likely already seen Mazhar answering posts and providing code samples in the forums.

Great to hear.
Mazhar also rocks.
