Changing shipping methods on an order that has been placed

Is there a way where if a customer picks Fed ex ground delivery, but he is living in residential and should have picked fed ex home delivery, where we can charge them the difference and change there shipping options without canceling there order.

From the Merchant side open the Order Manager by using the top menu Manage->Orders.
Click and open the desired order for details. Now check out the Shipments tab. You can create new shipments for the order

It doesnt allow you to change the shipping method. It would be nice to see that changed to allow it though.
