Vendor notification messing up. Anyone else?

Sometimes my vendor notification email does not get sent at all, and sometimes the product is not included, just the headed with the order number and my store info, none of the customer info at all. Has anyone experienced this before?.. and the more pressing question, what is my solution?

The solution is to make sure the products are assigned to a vendor. Also, make sure the email template is using "vendor" has the keyword. If you try to enter an email address, it's not going to work.
