I have created one option for my product External Hard Drives, which is available in capcaties of 500GB, 750GB, 1TB. I have also managed variants for these capacities with different sku's, price, weight, cost of goods.
When I look at this product on my site, the regular price does not change although the variant price changes. How do i put regular price for the three variants?

On the Mange Variants page where you can specify the Price, weight, COGS etc for each variant check the Price section. For each variant you can specify a price and there is on thing else the drop down next to the price text field. It will contain two options Modify and Override. When modify is selected the price of variant will be the Variant Price + Regular Price. Select override if you only want to use the variant price only.

But there is no provision to put MSRP (Maximum selling retail price) for all the variants. As a result of which the variant picks up the same base MSRP for all the variant prices.
