Bundles

We are in a process of evaluating ableCommerce. I am now trying to test all the features we need, and I have found an issue.
We sell software and we have couple of bundles with discounted prices:
We have:
program 1 = $100
program 2 = $120
program 3 = $130
then we have bundle
program 1 + program 2 = $190
(I have set kitting for program 1 and added program 2 as component at fixed price: $90)
I was looking at kitting to enable this. And more or less it works fine. The problem is that in the receipt is says:
program 1......$190
program 2......$0
while I would like to see
program 1......$100
program 2......$90
Also, I would like to see this to be charged as two orders, so I can easily refund only one program if customer wants such refund. Is this possible?
How should I handle this.
Also, I am interested whether AbleCommerce supports partial refunds for Cybersource. When I go to "Add Gateway" there is no "partial refund" next to Cybersource, only refund. On the other hand Cybersource said they do support partial refunds, they just don't know whether ableCommerce implemented it.
