How to deal with load balanced environment

Greetings, I have 4 web servers under my load balancer. I have licenses for each. How would I deal with this set up? Do I develop on one server and then copy my files over to my other servers? I am just beginning my deployment here so my questions may be a bit simple.

I haven't done this in Able7, but on Able 5 and Able 7 should be easier. Do your code changes on one server, then copy over using something like Robocopy. Make sure you use the same machineKey on all for servers- you can set one following these instructions:
