We have just recently begun using AbleCommerce 7.0 SR1 and are now looking to integrate a chat room feature into our site behind the login. I've seen a few threads on live chat support, but this is more for designated chat rooms that site members will be allowed to view based on criteria that we set on the back end.
What we're currently looking for could be a stand-alone chat room, a forum package with a chatroom add-on or even a shoutbox with a few additional features.
Has anyone integrated such a feature or does anyone have any recommendations?
