Roles based access to panels on Dashboard

Hi all,
Is there a way to apply roles to the various panels in the Dashboard? I want to be able to show certain panels for some roles, not for others, and all for the Admins.
This seems like a common question, but I couldn't find anything when searching, so please forgive any redundancy.
