That topic has 8 pages of content. I can't determine the latest version either without reading that entire mess. It would be nice if there was info at the top of the screen here or on the AC main site that showed the latest versions. This should also be available from the AC 7 admin, a link to go to a dedicated page for the Data Port utility to get the latest, check version, etc.

The title of the post is dated ('6/13 - AbleCommerce Data Client Utility Beta .19') and shows the version number and the first post has the updated download information. The information isn't buried in all of those other posts.
