Fedex and shipping ground to a home address

I seem to recall hearing some place that Fedex won't allow ground shipping to a residence. Is that right? When I tell AC7 that my address is a residence, the ground shipping isn't an option. Is this how it's supposed to work?

FedEx has ground shipping to residences, it's just called FedEx Home Delivery. It costs more than regular FedEx ground, which only goes to businesses.
