Recently, I have launched our Able site, and unfortunately, it looks like our conversion rates have dropped quite a bit. Certain customers have called and claimed that they have had problems checking out, with a blank receipt page showing after entering credit card info. Not sure how often this happens... perhaps most don't even call...
One thing I can say, though, is that the order is not being recorded in the admin side.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I have a couple of errors that have been showing up in my error log, that maybe could shed some light on this problem.
