Page rendering on Payment Processing.

Curious

Sometimes the payment processing page hangs when authorizing payment. The screen appears to be blank, but when you scroll down, the page is there. There is a big blank area on top of it.

Hello Thomas,

Please be a bit more specific about what page you're talking about, it could be retail or admin. Doesn't sound like anything that's been reported before, so anything else you can think of would be helpful.

I had client take screen shots of the page.

OrderTop.jpg is the top of the screen and OrderBottom is the screen when he scrolled down.

Hello,

The focus is being lost and it's page scrolling on submit. It's not an issue with the default page, I'm certain. You need to do some additional testing and debugging to get the page working smoothly with the customizations it would seem.
