We have an internal dev enviroment. We need to provide you guys with a dev ip. With that what exactly would need with all the machines having the internal IP? Could you explain any ports for any port forwarding.

The site will function like any other site, however without SSL. You should only need Port 80 open for browser traffic.
If you're intent is to use VS 2005/2008 for development internally, I believe VS opens the site with Port 80 as well however I'm not 100% certain of this.
