Hi All,

We have configured AbleCommerce7.0.

We have created discount coupan in AbleCommerce7.0.Now During GoogleCheckout when we enter coupan code for discount following Error occurs.
" Invalid coupon code.Your promotion code (ocm20) could not be applied at this time. "
We are running GoogleCheckout in Sandbox Mode.

Any one know how to apply Coupan Code in GoogleCheckout ?

I tried to setup and use a product coupon with Google Checkout. It seems to work for me. What are you coupon settings?

Now u said that what r your seetings for coupan code, can u please suggest me what are the additional changes i have to do for working coupan in google checkout ?

1) I have discount mode setting is Line Item.

2 ) Coupan Related Setting : CoupanCode,Name,DiscountAmount,FromDate,ToDate and Discount is Valid for Any Product.Finish....

None other setting i have done.

We are still stumped by this issue. Could someone let us know what we're doing wrong here??? During Google checkout, none of our coupon codes are registering as valid. Does it make a difference whether we are using Sandbox environment or not?? We really need to figure this thing out soon...PLEASE HELP!

I'm also unsure as to whether the coupon codes used should be the ones defined in Google Checkout or AC admin panel.

I've tried reading the Google Checkout forums as well as here, but have not found any useful information.

AC admin panel is where you create coupons.

Yes, I know this. I have re-created all the coupons from our current site, and everything seems to be working fine during "normal" checkout. The only issue we have is making it work on Google Checkout.

Any thoughts???

In the coupon settings enable Allow Combine for the coupon.

I just tried ALLOW COMBINE coupons, but it did not fix the problem in Google Checkout. still says INVALID COUPON CODE.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

You might also need to add your coupon codes that match AC directly in Google Checkout. In your Google Checkout goto Tools>Coupons

I have tried this as well...inputting all the coupon codes into Google Checkout directly. But the result is all the same...INVALID coupon code.

I ran into a similar problem before. What solved it for me was to have the same codes in both Google Checkout and AC...they have to be identical...Uppercase, lowercase, exactly the same. HTH.
