I found that errors in Error Log (admin side)

You have an open crm case on this issue without a reply to our question on ideas on how to reproduce this issue? Do you have any hints as to why this might be happening? When did it start? Are their failed transactions? Did you put the global file I sent you in place?

Yes, I did! (about global ascx)
All my Cases still open ! Did you send the errors to your developer team?
I'll post the case for this issue.
It sart today! (2 errors for now)

Until we can gather enough information to make an informed request of our developers, we cannot just pass them random issues.

Do you have any hints as to why this might be happening? When did it start? Are their failed transactions?

Please email me the error logs from the app data directory, perhaps they will have a clue.
