with our new site, when on the billing address screen there is a default country (US) however it needs to be clicked on to activate the states drop down menu. how can i either 1 make it so the states come up without having to click on the default cuntry selected, or 2 remove the default country selected and make someone choose the country the live in from the drop down menu.
