Purchasing more than one option

Is there a way when making an order and adding a product to the cart that has options for the options to be listed seperate from the product? We need to allow a customer to be able to purchase more than one of a certain option if they would like.

I am not clear, please explain the question. Some example scenario will be really helpful.

Attached is an example of a checkout. The price shown is 184.50. The product is only 137.70 with an added option for 46.80. We would like it so that someone making a purchase can buy more than one of an option if they would like. You can change the quality of the entire purchase but not the option individually.

We run into the same problem with kits, the price of the kit component gets rolled in to the main price and you don't know what the customer paid for it if you need to refund or something. I thought Able was going to be changing that at some point in the future, but I don't remember for sure.
