AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I am getting my site set up and I am using the Mini Basket feature. The shipping calculator on it is a great feature. The problem I have is that a lot of my customers are international. Maybe I am missing something, but I have not found any features in Able 7.0 that will give an international shipping quote. How do I deal with international orders?
