Crosssell / upsell discount

Is there a good way to discount product E if purchased along with A B C or D. But not discounted if gotten separately. Also if you get a quantity of 3 A's you can get 3 E's at the discount, but if you get a 4th E its not discounted.

Like an automatic coupon or something.
