Moving website to different webserver & upgrade to SQL 2005

Hi,

Right now we are using AbleCommerce 7.0 version with SQL Server 2000. Now we want to move our website to different webserver. What is the method to move the website to different webserver? Is it directly copying the files from one system to another system or we need to do more things?

Also we want to upgrade database from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005. Any tool is present to move the existing data to another upgrade database Or it is directly taking backup and restore method?

Yes use SQL server functionality to upgrade the database from 2000 to 2005
