I'm trying to add a free download to our site. The file I originally tested it with (jpeg) was working fine. Now I have a final version of the file to download, but I can't get it to work - I've tried it as a PDF, jpeg and Word document, but after the checkout there is no download button displayed for either of these files. All it says is "pending". I've done several test orders, but the "pending" status does not go away on any of the previous test orders. If I put the old file back on, it still works fine.

The download is free, so we're not waiting for any payment, although the people do have to check out so we can keep track of how many downloads we get. The file sizes of the files I tried are all well below 2MB, so it shouldn't be that the files are too big.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It already is marked that way. Everything is exactly the same as with my original test file - all I did was replace the test file with my new file; if I put the test file back on, it works.
