email infromation for formMail /regular email?

email infromation for formMail /regular email?

I'm looking for a script to add to my formMail or regular email so it would give me the information below in each email I receive, has anybody come across something like this for AbleCommerce 7.0?

What I'd like the email to indicate when received:

* IP address
* Hostname
* ISP
* Country
* Time Stamp
