Banner for home page problem

How do i change the banner for unitedintegral.com it has the ablecommerce 7.0 New banner on it. I can't find where to change that. So i just replace the old banner and use same name. Is there any other way to put new banner on that without having to replace old ones. Also,

if we max the screen , the banner isn't fixed. So they look really bad when its not like a static banner size. How can we make it fix size.

It looks like you figured it out? To make it look OK when you maximize the screen, you would either need to center it on a white background or set a definite width to your page or the center section of the page in the stylesheet.
