problem with Ablecommere and stoneedge updating tracking #

The probelm is that ablecommerce doesn't upate the tracking info from stoneedge. Here is what stoneedge states. :


Here this is what you need to send to them. Tell them that this is the update we ae sending and that it is not updating. Tell them that UPS updates are successful but USPS ones are not. Below is the XML we send them:
