AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

can we reinstall ablecommerce with same licence key..
i am having licence version of ablecommerce 7.0,
I have uploaded it on server and installed ..but due to some mistake their data.cofig file is overwrite..that's why it is not working ..
so i want to know can we Reinstall it again ?
I have sent you this problem before but you had told me to visit on
" SHOPPING CART FORUM " how to visit or send my queries to specific forum ..
can i know these Links..

i have checked these two mention links but i haven't find my solution....
nothing is mention here related to Re-installation.. so please say what should i do?
