Dataport .31 error 405

Dataport .31 error 405

I have configured Dataport with 3 local dev sites, however only 2 work and I can't figure out.

As soon as I try to connect to site # 3, I get the response
Error : The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Verified the updated DLL was installed. Restarted IIS. etc. Even reset local perms on the site folder to make sure it wasn't an XP permissions error.

Site version is AC7 Final SR1.
