PayPal IPN not returning payment info

We have followed all the instructions for setting up PayPal IPN, checked and double-checked these settings but the PayPal payments are not being returned to AC 7.0. I have talked to other users of IPN who have told me they have the same issue.
The attachment is a screen shot of the PayPal IPN screen showing the return URL set up correctly.
In the order management of Able we just get PENDING Waiting for IPN (PENDING) showing under payments.

Hello,
This is a known issue and can be fixed by upgrading to Service Release 2. Before doing so, make sure your installation is at build 9879 or higher. You can check your build number by going to Help > About.
If you are running a build older than 9879, please open a customer service case and request to have FTP information sent so you can upgrade.
After successfully upgrading, then you can fix the Paypal issue by applying a patch to Service Release 2. The instructions and download link are here -

Thanks for the response but I am at Final Release SP1a so if it was fixed in SR2 I should have the fix applied.

Never mind. I'm brain dead from fighting this. I will look at the upgrade to SR2.

Question? The only download I see is from build 9879 to SR2, is this what I use to upgrade if I am SR1a (build 10125)? Or should I upgrade to 7.1?

The patch applies to Builds 9879 through 10152 as it is a cumulative update. You can safely apply the SR2 update on build 10152.

Where do I get the PayPal patch that needs to be applied after I upgrade? Is this the new dll that fixes the URL? I have that applied to my current sr1a release. Do I just need to re-apply it after the upgrade?
Just so we are completely clear, my PayPal transactions are going to PayPal and processing successfully; I am not getting the 'email' error. The transactions are successfully processed but the payments are not posted back to AC 7.0. If you were thinking that this was being caused by the email error, that is not the case since I have already fixed that problem.

Well, I have to apologize. The symptom you were getting is definitely one that resulted from the recent Paypal change. But, you would also be getting the email error as well.
The SR2 update already includes the Paypal fix which was released a day before.
Mary, please open a case so I can get the login information to this store and see if I can figure out what's going on.

Does anybody on the forums have PayPal IPN working and returning payment information to Able? If so, could you go through how you got it to work? Is there some trick we are missing?

I updated case 3072 last week with 5 things you can test and/or check. Please respond in the case and let me know the results.
