Q: I downloaded the version of Dataport you recommended (1.0.0.19)and everything
worked great.

-- until I did an order and tried to download the orders this is what I get in the
error log.

Error in DataObject.convertToClientApiObject() : AC Type: CommerceBuilder.Payments.Transaction
* Client Type: CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.Schema.Transaction the destProperty
for AdditionalData does not exist in Schema

Error in DataObject.convertToClientApiObject() : AC Type: CommerceBuilder.Orders.Order
* Client Type: CommerceBuilder.DataClient.Api.Schema.Order the destProperty for
OrderNumber does not exist in Schema

String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.

Any Ideas?

Products, Categories and users seem to work fine it's just the orders it bombs
on. I have looked thru the forums and cant find anything.

It is recommended to use always the latest version of DataPort and its API.
Please download the latest version of DataPort and try again, you can download it from:

I did download this version but in the readme file it mentions that it will not work for Able 7.1 (see below). I just purchased able had had them host it, I checked the version and noticed it was 7.1. So should I still try?

AbleCommerce DataPort v7.0.34.0 for AbleCommerce 7.0 build 9879 and later.

IMPORTANT: This will NOT work for AbleCommerce 7.1

DataPort for 7.1 stores is still under development. Currently release versions of DataPort will not work for 7.1 stores.

A good news is that Dev work is over and it is now under QA. So, it will be released very soon...
