AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Today I had two orders brought to me with the same error. One was from about two weeks ago and this one came in today. They were paid via Credit Card directly thru Able.

Both had the same issues - no shipping address and no shipping method.

Has anyone experienced this? I know Google Checkout has some issues like this, but I've never seen it thru Able.

The problem i had was the product was "non shippable". If a product is listed as unshippable, no shipping method is given during checkout. You can't edit a product in the database, making it shippable, as this doesn't affect the order. the only way i've figured out to "ship" the order is to add another product to it, then you can add a shipping method and "ship" the order.

Say, I also noticed in your post. In the image, you have a reference to "DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS" under
"Ship Via" where'd that come from?

This product is marked shippable. One of our top selling products.

That's a custom mod we put in.

The system should not be allowing the order to go through with no shipping (obviously)

Anyone know if I could still put in that patch without breaking anything?

I need to make sure all shipments have a shipping method. We have no non-shippable items.

I would think it is part of the latest release and for some reason its just not working correctly.
