Duplicate Shipping Charges

Hello everyone,

I am getting some orders during this busy holiday season that have duplicate shipping charges, exactly doubled.

For example, with the order today the shipping was exactly $10.00. Well, it charged the customer $20.00.
If you go into Edit Order Items I can see it lists the Shipping twice and I have to delete one of them and refund the customer.

I only have one Warehouse and I use UPS real time shipping rates.

Does anyone have any idea where this could be coming from?

All Google Checkout orders?

Did you ever find a cause for this? Our AC 7.0.2 cart has done this on two orders in the last few weeks.

Hi ZLA,

This is terrible but I can't remember since it's been quite awhile. Would you happen to know if the orders it has done it to for you have been Google Checkout orders? I am thinking when Robbie made that post that I went and looked and found that they were all Google Checkout orders. I believe I may have had shipping calculation enabled in the settings within Google Checkout and then AC was also passing them through.
