Hi there.

We have speific discount enabled for two groups of products. The problem appears when we have to apply it to the cart. For example : the discount applies if you buy products of value of 150 $. Now we choose a product from one group and we buy 13 botles of that product and after that we select a product from a different group and we buy one product. The price for the first product is 10 $ = 130$ and the price of the other is 24 $. The total ammount is 154 dolars. So, after we have reached the request for the discount that is 15% it should appear as available and it should be aplied on the cart page. But it doesnt.

We have created these two groups of products under one category. We tried selecting the category alone and it doesnt work, we have tried selecting both categories, but they only apply for the separate groups of products under each category.

So, how do we enable for the discount to appear for the products for the whole category, not for the groups sepparatly?

Volume discounts are not available at order total.

I'm not sure if I completely follow what you are doing, but I think we just had the similar problem. We have products that are normally quantity 1 orders, but wanted to offer volume discounts if any customer was buying $750-$1250 and $1250 or more. I've accomplished this by changing the volume discount setting in the store by logging into the dashboard and going to Configure --> Store and in the volume discount section changing that to group by category. Then going into the Marketing -->Volume Discount and creating the discounts for 750-1249 and 1250+. I've posted a video here:
