Create Account won't go away

Hello,

Up until yesterday I had anonymous checkout turned off. I had a customer email in saying he would not place an order unless he could do so without having to create an account. So, I temporarily changed

[[ConLib:Custom/OnePageCheckout EnableGiftWrap="false" EnableMultiShipTo="false" EnableShipMessage="true" AllowAnonymousCheckout="false"]]
to
[[ConLib:Custom/OnePageCheckout EnableGiftWrap="false" EnableMultiShipTo="false" EnableShipMessage="true" AllowAnonymousCheckout="true"]]

But, now I changed it back to "false" and go through the checkout procedure but the "Create Account" area still pops up.

I deleted my browser cache in IE and I tried Firefox, with no luck.

Am I missing something?

Anonymous checkout differs by providing an checkbox option which you may turn on to checkout without creating account while the regular checkout forces to create an account. Have a look at the following screen captures.
