A connection attempt failed... on setup

I'm trying to setup to evaluate AbleCommerce asp.net shipping cart but receiving this error message on the Configure1.aspx (clicking the "Continue To Install" button):

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 216.139.230.75:443

This IP address is AbleCommerce' IP address, so I'm not sure what to do.

It seems like the problem is in the GetDemoKey() method, which I copied the link and got the trial key manually.

Check your internet settings that you are properly connected to the net when installing the AbleCommerce.

When installing, AC7 will connect to the Ablecommerce server to obtain the demo license or validate the provided license. Therefore when installing AC7 you must be connected to the internet and you must be able to access Ablecommerce from the machine you are installing AC7 to.
