AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Hiii,
I am using ablecommerce7 licenced version,
In my previous application of ablecommerce "Top Sellers" menu were displayed after selecting same item many times(when basket were empty)..but in my new application it is not displaying ..i have to write any specific code for this ? i want to display this menu("Top Sellers") when "My Basket" is empty.
How it will display ?
and please let me know what exactly the utility of "Top Sellers" , and how it will cofigure..

Top Sellers requires sales (records in ac_OrderItems where OrderId = OrderId of "completed" order).
If you want to see the control and the store isn't live yet, you'll have to generate some orders first.
