AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Hi, I'm new to AbleCommerce so this is probably a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it anyway.

What is the difference between the account and the login buttons on the store front? You seem to get the same type of screen with very similar functionality for both, am I missing something here?

Does this not cause customer confusion in terms of usability? It sure confuses me!

If customer is not logged on then when he/she click on the Account icon the user will be redirected to the login page because Account information is for registered and logged on users only. If some user will be logged on to the system he will be shown his private information like profile orders etc under account page.

In theory you could hide the account button if the user is not logged in.
