Please be advised that there will be a temporary service interruption on Jan. 17, 2009 due to system updates and our quarterly corporate load. Customers using FedEx Web Services, FedEx Ship Manager® API and FedEx Ship Manager® Direct solutions within our production environment will experience interruptions during the following times:
Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009: All systems and services will be interrupted beginning at 9 p.m. CST until 10:30 a.m. CST on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009.
Please ensure that your appropriate team members are aware of these temporary service interruptions.
