We need to configure the order that countries are displayed in the shipping estimator, (and anywhere else in the store) which currently defaults to Afghanistan.
We need United Kingdom as the default, then ideally Ireland, then the Rest of World listed alphabetically.

OK this is weird, I've just notice when browsing the site (logged out) that the country in shipping estimate is now defaulting to United Kingdom, does this default to country from an IP address or something?
How do you change priority of countries displayed?

Just been informed this is related to where your main warehouse is situated if that helps anyone.
