I can click on the new order button, add an item to a new order, click on 'Place Order', fill out all of the billing and shipping info and then when I refresh for the shipping options - BAM - boots me to the home page and wipes out all the customer info...then we have to ask the customer to repeat all that info as they all of the sudden become reluctant to give us their credit card number.

Anybody else have this problem? I have tried it with a new user and I have tried it with an existing user and had problems both ways.
