Showing Discounted Shipping Rates

We are trying to get UPS to pull our discounted rates, and the system does not take our account number our XML key (there is no input like there is for FedEx integration). The system will not accept a negative handling charge, and does not have an option for simply giving a discount from the rate pulled. Can anyone help on this?

You would need to edit your files to provide the correct key's

Has anyone setup discounted rates with 7.0.3? My devolper is having a problem getting the discounted rates.

I think I have it working, but the rates do not match 100% with my WorldShip. UPS support is asking for
please provide your complete XML request and response files associated
How do I get these files?
