Customer Order Notification - email problem

Post by Jaz » Wed Feb 04, 2009 2:18 pm

All of my order conformations say they are coming from info@ablecommerce.xyz. When I go to Edit Template 'Customer Order Notification' it says that the From Address is "david @ trickconcepts . com" any thoughts?

This happened to me - check CONFIGURE > EMAIL > SETTINGS > TEMPLATES..

Do you have two "Customer Order Notification" templates by any chance?

Open both - one will have the "info" address in the "from" field

Just one file and it is correct. I did find a few other templates with problems though. Maybe those fixes will solve it.
