Upgrade the able commerce version

Hi,

I am using ablecommerc7 licenced version , i want to Upgrade it with latest one...
please let me know what we should do to Upgrade this able commerce version...

The latest version, which was released today, is 7.0.2.

can we upgrade ablecommerce7.0 to ablecommerce7.0.2 ...
please let me know the detail procedure of upgrading the ablecommerce version...
