I am having issues with iis7 and 2008 for the trial install. Seems to not have a reference to an assembly or a dll

Do you have AJAX installed on your machine.

There are special instructions for installing to a machine that has a fresh .NET 3.5, and has never had AJAX 1.0 Extensions for .NET 2.0 installed. Try going here:
