I've been searching through the forums and I can't find something similar to what I am experiencing.

We have a total of 4 shipping Methods - all are flat rate:
Free
Next Day
Second Day
International

We have a few Zones setup (for taxes) but they effectively create only 2 shipping zones:
United States & Puerto Rico
Everything Else (International)

Free, Next Day and Second Day should be the only methods available to the United States, Puerto Rico zone
International is the only method available to everything else.

For some reason, international shipping is showing up for a United States address and I can't figure out why. I just upgraded to 7.2 yesterday and the store is running fine otherwise.

I'm not sure how to fix it and I have been adjusting zones and shipping methods for hours.

Can you tell me if this just started happening after you upgraded to 7.0.2? What build were you running before you upgraded?

Sorry - I actually fixed it.

Yes this was after the upgrade. I ended up creating completely new zones. One for all the international shipping and one for US/ Puerto Rico shipping.

I also have 2 other zones used just for taxes. I deleted the other zones I had that were "continents" like Europe, Asia, Middle East etc.

As I said - it did come up only after the upgrade from 7.0 to 7.0.2 - I never did the 7.0.1 upgrade.
