Quantity field for options/variants or kits/bundles?

Is there a way to use options/variants or kits/bundles and have a text box where a customer can add a custom quantity of a specific option/variant or bit/bundle item that will be added to the cart?

We are adding product pages to our site for apparel screen printing. Each page will have a variety of options/variants as well as kits/bundles. Of these the option for size will need to be customized by the customer in a way that they can choose to order various quantities of each size. An example would be that a customer orders t-shirts that are 100% cotton, black fabric, 1 print location, 2 ink colors in the print location, and they will need 8 adult small, 11 adult medium, 12 adult large, 11 adult x-large, 8 adult 2x-large for a total of 50 t-shirts. All of the shirts will be the same price in this configuration except for the adult 2x-large which will add $2.00 for each of the 8 purchased.

How can this be accomplished.

Do you have any recommendations for how to go about setting up a product that needs multiple quantities of individual sizes to be added to the cart as a "single item" to achieve minimum quantity requirements?
