AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I have posted this before but have not yet found a solution.

We have a category called Registrations. We do not want the user to be able to select Quantity (nor be able to adjust it after it has been added to the cart). We want it defaulted to a Quantity of 1, always. What is the best way to go about this?

Check the following product and try to purchase it as many times as you want. I just specified Max Quantity equal to 1.
