If we have multiple vendors with products in our website, how can we deliver accurate shipping costs when an item is ordered that will be drop shipped form a vendor. Is there a way? Or are people adding shipping charges after?


Also, what if an order is placed, and products of multiple vendors are purchased. If the above is able to be calculated in real time, will the system calculate the shipping costs for each vendor, and then add it together to deliver a total shipping cost?

You can create a new warehouse with the address of the vendor and it will calculate the correct shipping quotes.

But what if that vendor has a differed Fedex account/ UPS account etc.. Will be need to get their shipping carrier meter number information?

In this case probably you can mark the warehouses in shipping methods from both providers.
