We are seeing intermittent scriptlet errors. The specific file referenced can change, but the general error text remains the same.
Message:
Could not read scriptlet file 'App_Data\Scriptlets\Custom\Content\Home Page.htm'.
Debug Data:
The process cannot access the file 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\warmothable\App_Data\Scriptlets\Custom\Content\Home Page.htm' because it is being used by another process.
We will see 2 or 3 of the same message in the error log, reported at the same time. They are not coinciding with any maintenance errors, so I'll guess they are not related to maintenance.
Is there a maximum number of simultaneous uses for a file? The pages coming up in the error log are some of our highest traffic pages, which is a bit of a concern.
Thanks.

Re: Could not read scriptlet file error
Has anyone been working on that page? That is when I get all my error messages like that. Then the page will be OK a few seconds later.

That's a slim possibility on a few of the errors, but I could not match up any file changes with the vast majority of the errors. I've seen page maintenance errors coincide with the scriplet errors on 3-4 instances, but that is still very much in the minority.
